Walks among the vines in the open air alongside expert local winemakers and learn about their history and techniques for selecting and harvesting the best grapes. Try some of the grapes or have a go yourself, with a pair of shears and a bucket in hand, at harvesting the grapes which will be made into high quality wines and grappas.
Visit wineries and distilleries, discover, in the softly lit cellars filled with the scent of grape must, the traditions and secrets of wine making and distilling. Lastly, taste a selection of wines, Trentodoc sparkling wine and spirits in special tastings paired with traditional local produce.
