WILDLIFE PARK
The WILDLIFE PARK is in Spormaggiore, where there are many animals to see which are closely linked to our region, a unique opportunity to learn about the animals which live in these mountains.
The large wildlife park covers 7,000 square metres, an unspoiled natural environment featuring three brown bears.
The brown bear: the star attraction of the park.
The supporting cast of the park is made up of wolves, one of the largest indigenous carnivores, foxes, inquisitive and always alert, the magnificent lynx, eagle owls and the beautiful wild cats!
Naturally, the beauty of this place is not just down to the animals, there are also many large trees and plants, such as beech trees, spruces and larches, alternating areas of bushes and clearings with little streams, pools and waterfalls, creating beautiful environments to explore and relax in.
Alternatively, visit the farmyard birds at the animal farm where you can see all of the traditional animals, such as goats, rabbits, chickens, guinea fowl and even peacocks.
The park is open to visit on your own or as part of an entertaining organised tour on the tourist train!
